update....

Well tonight I am off to work. It's going well. It's my ideal work environment for lots of reasons. But one big one is that I get to work with a bunch of kiwis which are people from New Zealand! I'm still picking up the accent and the expressions they use like "sweet as" and "aye". Its a great environment b/c I'm also learning a lot. One of the girls who is now 20 has been waitressing for 5 years. The other is 35 and says she's been waitressing since she was 20. They are very friendly, great with the customers, and are always on top of their job. Its a real change from raleigh's.

neway, my good friend is leaving on Tuesday. So me, her and the other woofer are going out for a bite to eat tomorrow, then the next day hanging out on the beach, and then going out to the shark club at night when I get back from work.

ohh iris...I made my own veggie tikka masala the other night which tasted just like the one in naan and curry. I was so proud of myself! I have a pic which I'll post up later!
