Hurray, I got a job at my #1 choice restaurant. I ran into it while I was running on the beach a few days ago. It's right along the water looking out at the mountains. You can see orca whales and dolphines from inside the restaurant when you look out at the water.
I'm going in for a trial run tomorrow so I hope they think I'm okay. The place feels great. The owner seems very friendly, the staff seem like people I'd click with, and it doesn't seem to fast paced. Its a gorgeous restaurant which I have a really good feeling about!

Hey si-shine, great news about your job. It sure beats the telegraph ave. scenery. I'm sure you will delight them with your great hostess skills. :) I guess the trick is to know their menu fully... I really enjoyed your pictures. I only wish your river trip scored a 9. Oh well, there are many beautiful rivers to conquer as you travel across america. Well, enjoy all that you see and do.

thanks mama...work went well last night and I'm scheduled to work the next 8 days starting tomorrow! I guess I'm back in the mix! Its not as fast paced and only 5 hour shifts so its a great job and the boss seems very nice.
